Course Description
This course describes the basics of a program, including admission and eligibility criteria, operating processes, post-admission activities, problems and program components. It is designed to be the first in a series of three courses pertaining to pulmonary rehabilitation. The course is primarily intended for the health care professional managing and/or staffing a pulmonary rehab program – but may also be useful for other professionals who have tangential relationships with a rehab program, such as the physical therapist, physician, dietician, physical therapist, hospital administrator, nurse, etc.
