Course Description
This course describes the education (didactic) portion of a pulmonary rehab program including adult learning points. This course also describes how to fit patients to exercise equipment and additional exercises for highly functional patients, while maintaining a safe environment. The course is primarily intended for the health care professional managing and/or staffing a pulmonary rehab program – but may also be useful for other professionals who have tangential relationships with a pulmonary rehab program, such as the physical therapist, physician, dietician, physical therapist, hospital administrator, nurse, etc.
