The primary goals of Sleepedu/Respiratoryedu are:
- To provide distance learning to the industries that we serve, specifically Sleep, Respiratory Care and DME.
- To provide BRPT, AARC and CSRT CEU-approved courses.
- To enhance knowledge and understanding within those industries served.
Over the past 10 years, we have experienced explosive growth in our Sleep and DME Programs, with only minimal growth in those respiratory offerings.
The decline in AARC-related customers has been primarily due to the many free distance-learning programs, as well as those provided directly by the AARC at minimal cost to members. While our relationship with BRPT and AARC remains strong, Sleep Education Partners has determined that our AARC-related programs do not serve the industry as we had originally anticipated.
In an unanimous move by our Board earlier this week, the decision was made to suspend our respiratory care-related (AARC-approved) course offerings, with an effective date of February 28, 2026.
COMPLETE YOUR AARC-approved courses by February 28, 2026
All of our customers who have enrolled in AARC-approved courses, but not yet have taken them, must do so by February 28, 2026, if CRCE CEU’s are desired.
In taking this action, our Board has empowered leadership to focus more heavily on our Sleep and DME-related programs. For 2026, we are launching new sleep-related program development initiatives, including:
- Attendance at major conferences.
- Enhanced course development.
- New marketing strategies.
- THE ADDITION OF A NEW SERVICE TO OUR SLEEP PROGRAM!! The announcement will be made within the next 2 weeks!
