Bob has over fifty years of experience in health care. He has a strong background in respiratory care and the durable medical equipment industry, having owned a DMEPOS organization, and serving others in leadership positions.
Bob’s experience includes:
- Assistant RT Department Head at several hospitals
- Director RT at the University of Kentucky Medical Center
- Owner Respro DMEPOS organization (14 locations in 4 states)
- Owner Kentucky Medical News (monthly publication)
- Home Care Surveyor – The Joint Commission
- Home Care Associate Director – The Joint Commission
- Home Care Program Director – The Joint Commission
Bob has held leadership positions in AARC, ALA of KY, AHA , ISRC , KSRC, KMESA, IAMES, and is currently a member of the Leadership Team with the American Academy of Cardiovascular Sleep Medicine (AACSM).
He holds a Master of Science in Leadership from the Ken Blanchard College of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University, and an Associate Degree in Science in Respiratory Care from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, he is a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
